Since their UK roll out in 2016 we have been providing in store demonstration teams for Oculus across John Lewis and Dixons stores Nationwide. The initial focus was on delivering the perfect demonstration in store to raise awareness and drive trial. Shortly after launch, we rolled out an experiential mall tour across UK shopping centres, raising brand awareness and driving purchase in the already up and running retailers. As the years went on and the Oculus product range grew, the focus shifted from awareness to pure sales and the targeting of a more defined audience. We implemented upskill training sessions, mystery shops, incentive programs and reporting and measurement tools to ensure our sales teams were closing on that all important sale. We continue to provide in store teams for Oculus to this day
We have been working with PEEX since their launch in 2018. Peex is a wearable piece of tech that enhances the live music experience. You really have to experience it to believe it which means encouraging trial and getting the product in fans hands. We provide local teams worldwide to raise awareness and drive rental sales of the device across Elton John’s 3 year farewell tour. Whilst there is some pre-promotion ahead of each concert, fans are often learning about the product for the first time as they enter the arena. Sales are therefore heavily reliant on our teams enthusiasm and genuine passion for an enhanced live music experience. We cast a team of tech savvy music fans within each territory via TSEC (the global network we founded in 2013) and host interactive virtual training programmes devised to ensure the brand style guide is maintained globally and that product knowledge and enthusiasm remains seamless across markets. Nothing is lost in translation. We have grown with the brand, adapting team sizes, evolving our training methods and device distribution tactics to maximise numbers and drive results. Our ongoing partnership is testament to the results they have seen on site and they continue to work in true partnership with us to get their product into fans hands.
