We have been providing in-store demonstration teams for Oculus since their UK rollout in 2016. Initially, our focus was on raising awareness and driving trial through the perfect in-store demonstration across John Lewis and Dixons stores nationwide. We later launched an experiential mall tour in UK shopping centers to further boost brand awareness and drive purchases. Over time, we shifted our focus to pure sales and a more defined audience. To achieve this, we implemented upskill training sessions, mystery shops, incentive programs, and reporting tools to ensure our sales teams were effective.
Since their launch in 2018, we've partnered with PEEX to provide local teams worldwide that raise awareness and drive rental sales of their wearable tech product, which enhances live music experiences. Our teams' enthusiasm and passion for the product are crucial to sales, particularly since fans often learn about it for the first time as they enter the arena. We've cast tech-savvy music fans via our global network, TSEC, and host virtual training programs to ensure seamless brand and product knowledge across markets. Our ongoing partnership is a testament to the results we've achieved.
