We have over 7,500 staff nationwide who have applied to work with us but choose to register only 3,500 at one time. This ensures loyalty and commitment within our staff community, and allows us to develop understanding and trust with all those who represent us.
Long gone are the days of ‘Promo Staff’ and we don’t believe the term ‘Promo Staff’ quite cuts it. It's not reflective of what we deliver nor why we do it. For us this term carries a stigma of poorly briefed, unengaged, twenty-somethings booked simply to smile, ‘look good’ and distribute branded material or samples at an event. This perception associated with the term ‘promo staff’ couldn't be further from what we do. We provide Brand Ambassadors.

Every staff member is briefed rigorously both verbally and in writing ahead of every activity. In addition to this, we implement pre-event knowledge checkers to ensure the brief we have shared has been fully digested.
Face to face, immersive training is key to a successful campaign; we offer complimentary use of our Kru HQ for training sessions and work in collaboration alongside our brand and agency clients to deliver them. The investment in face to face training is crucial to embed intricate product details, messaging and KPI’s but also to foster a sense of pride and commitment within the team selected.
