Consistency.

From a Kitchen start up in University digs in Southampton to the agency we are today. They say time flies when you are having fun and it certainly has.

On reflection what surprises me most isn’t that an ambitious idea to make a change to accepted norms actually worked, or the fact it’s made a few quid along the way, but that the optimism and excitement for ‘what’s coming next’ still remains after all this time and that the passion for what we do is still evident across our entire team.

What was once a single team of staff placed in West Quay Shopping centre is now an international group, delivering highly trained teams globally at the World’s most prestigious and exciting events, along with best-in-class entertainment solutions – and we can’t get enough of it!

So at the start of this New Year we will continue to focus on what has worked so far – consistency.

Consistency underpins everything we do, from the methods we developed in 2005 and continue to evolve, to the way we look after our clients, from the people we employ and try our best to support and develop, to the values that we aspire to be true to.
