Inclusive Hiring Practices
We believe in inclusivity right from the start. Our hiring process is designed to ensure equal opportunities for all candidates and ensure that the process is unbiased and fair. We actively seek talent from diverse backgrounds - whether that is in terms of race, gender, age or other demographics.

Empowered Leadership
We believe that inclusivity begins at the top. Our leadership team is female led, but comprises of individuals from diverse backgrounds and demographics, all of whom bring a unique perspective, experience and talent to the table.

Regular Training and Education
We believe that building an inclusive team doesn’t just stop at the hiring process. We regularly provide diversity and inclusion training to our staff, creating awareness, understanding and eliminating unconscious biases and barriers.

Open Communication and Feedback
Communication is key in many areas, and is even more important when it comes to diversity and inclusion. At Kru, we ensure to keep communication channels open for employees to voice their concerns, share ideas, provide feedback or request support. At Kru Live, our people are our greatest asset.
