In a significant project commissioned by the UK Government's Department for Transport, Kru Live was selected as the key partner to support the launch of a new Digital Platform. The platform aimed to inform hauliers about the necessary actions to be taken from January 1st, 2021. Kru was appointed to recruit, train and manage a team of bilingual video call agents stationed across Europe. These agents were responsible for operating the live chat feature on the platform, providing real-time assistance to hauliers across the country.
With careful consideration, we handpicked three skilled supervisors and established a talent pool of 38 proficient video call agents fluent in eight different languages. This diverse workforce played a crucial role in supporting the platform's operations over a span of 18 months.
Through our expertise in remote working and training, we ensured uninterrupted service. The Kru Team team achieved an outstanding milestone of 100% attendance during the 12-hour live sessions conducted seven days a week.
