Activity Summary:
To celebrate St Patrick's Day and the heritage of Jameson Whiskey, Jameson required on-brand, educated Brand Ambassadors across six cities on 17th March. The staff were to engage with the public at specific, semi-outdoor bar venues, distribute merchandise, product samples, and drink tokens and engage members of the public in fun games and pop-up barbers, courtesy of Jameson.




Kru Solution:
Kru provided an on-brand, authentic team of Brand Ambassadors and Team Leaders for each location, who rotated breaks, managed stock, and reported post-event. We ensured that all staff members underwent full training by Jameson's in-house brand ambassador to deepen their understanding of the brand and key messages before going onsite. In addition, we created bespoke branded, premium uniforms and managed the logistics of the uniform distribution.
Results
The activation was a huge success, and the Kru Live team provided:
- 100% staff coverage across 18 staffing days
- 100% of target achieved - with all stock distributed
- Positive customer feedback and full reporting post event by Team Leaders ensured valuable anecdotal insights were captured and relayed back to the client for analysis
