What better way to kick start the launch of our speakers blog than to review the 2015 highlights?
2015 was an exciting and successful year for Kru’s Speaker Division – high demand saw the successful delivery of a great number of bookings including celebrity appearances, key note & motivational presentations, vlogger and blogger bookings as well as some fantastic hosts.
We kicked off the year by securing Lauren Goodger (Towie) for the launch of Asda’s in store 3D Scanning Booths. Already well known for her 2D selfies, her personal appearance saw hundreds of fans eager to have their 3D selfie with the star!
For the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice Ladies lunch, Kru Talent couldn’t think of a better host than veteran comedienne Jenny Éclair who had the ladies roaring with laughter!
2015’s annual Shots Awards which is the leading advertising / creative industry event, partnered with Kru Talent to provide the uber hip (and side splittingly funny) Radio One DJ Gemma Cairney as their host for the evening. Her comical stage presence, ensured that the evening was one which the attendees are unlikely to forget in a hurry! We are very much looking forward to contributing again in this year.
Reminiscing another highlight – the annual Dogs Trust Gala, where reality TV stars, authors and universally renowned dog lovers Steph and Dom made a personal appearance. The purpose of the gala was in support and recognition of the tireless efforts of The Dog’s Trust staff and volunteers around the country. Steph and Dom left attendees with beaming smiles as they regaled anecdotes of their exciting lifestyle and dog-celebrity in her own right, Gi-Gi who ended up being the star of the night!
Kru Talent is set for an even busier year ahead; we are already in discussion with some clients for Christmas 2016! Our celebrity appearances, innovation speakers, superstar DJ’s, up and coming influencers and industry specialists are all in demand, making us busy bees, just how we like it!
