Kru Live offer a very warm welcome to Millie Williams. Millie has joined Kru Live as a Staff Booker after a successful internship in the summer of 2012. Graduating with a 1st from Newcastle University, Kru Live couldn’t be more proud and are very pleased to have Millie back on the team. “Millie is a fantastic addition – her time with us over the peak of the Olympic year was invaluable. Her innovative thinking and can do attitude is a real asset – watch this space.”

Kru Live’s exceptional reputation in the field attracted me to them from the outset. I applied to work as an intern for the summer of 2012, after working in the field whilst completing my university studies.
I was immediately allocated a variety of tasks, which I loved as I was always busy. I was welcomed in by the team and everyone was extremely keen to help me settle in. Once I was familiar with the system I began booking and briefing staff for campaigns. My biggest achievement was organising a recruitment evening for new staff in the London area. I was given full responsibility for the organisation and running of the night which was a great success. I was treated as a valued member of the team and my ideas were always listened to.
I feel an internship at Kru Live is particularly valuable due to the closeness of the team. I was able to ask for advice directly from my account managers and MD allowing me to get feedback and learn quickly. I was also offered the opportunity to tailor my internship to gain experience in areas of the business I was particularly interested in. I have learnt a vast amount about the industry, developed new skills and had a brilliant time, whilst making lots of new friends.
I would highly recommend an internship at Kru Live, it is a fun and friendly office that is always happy and busy, I am proud to be a member of the Kru Live team.
