Independent marketing agency Bright Partnerships Worldwide appointed Kru Live to provide a team of enthusiastic brand ambassadors for the DHL Rugby World Cup #ScrumShareWin Competition.
We were appointed as the official staffing partner to Bright Partnerships to deliver customer focused, enthusiastic and professional ambassadors across the Brand Activation and Hospitality programmes for DHL at the Rugby World Cup all of which were authentic Rugby fans.
Kru Solution:
DHL held 70 activations at 19 venues across 13 cities in England and Cardiff where fans had the opportunity to take part in a competition. We shortlisted a pool of 150 ambassadors nationwide over 983 staffing days with each member of staff being ‘perfectly suited to their individual role’ - as commented by our client.
Across a 6 week period 4500 were guests welcomed through their hospitality programme and 6846 fans participated in the scrum machine as part of the brand activation.
Results
We were again award Staffing Agency of the Year by Event Awards for our work on this large scale sporting event (and went on to deliver DHL’s Formula E program.
What The Client Said
We set Kru Live the very challenging task of delivering a range of ambassadors across a variety of projects, in 13 cities across the UK over a very busy and competitive 6 week event period, and we were very pleased with the results! The Kru Live team became the face of the DHL brand, so selection and training was paramount and we worked well together to make that happen. I was very impressed by the casting days, and the video entries were a really great way for us to be involved with selection which built a level of comfort early on in the process, and their systems made the on the day management much more efficient. Kru Live have become a trusted partner and we continue to collaborate and work with Kru Live on all our current and future events
