Synergy tasked Kru Live to deliver teams of brand ambassadors to represent Guinness and promote responsible drinking by encouraging fans to drink water at the 6 Nations games in Twickenham and Edinburgh – As main partner of the 6 Nations, the brand works closely with Six Nations Rugby Limited to ensure fans have an epic match day experience whilst promoting responsible drinking by maintaining its designation as Official Responsible Drinking Partner of the RBS 6 Nations.

Kru Solution:

Our handpicked teams of energetic and outgoing brand ambassadors were tasked to encourage rugby fans to visit the Guinness Surge Bar in Twickenham’s West Fan Village and in the Party Zone of Murrayfield Stadium before the games’ kick off. They were split into groups and operated in strategic locations to ensure hundreds of fans would get together to enjoy the pre-match atmosphere with a pint of Guinness.

Post-Game, our ambassadors distributed bottles of Guinness-branded water and educated as many rugby fans as possible on the importance of responsible drinking including spacing out alcoholic drinks with soft drinks and getting home safely.
