ReThink HK, a prominent platform for sustainable development discussions, sought to host their 4th annual event, expecting to draw over 6,000 attendees in September 2023. The objective was to provide an unparalleled experience for business leaders and sustainability practitioners by delivering top-notch event management and coordination.
The Kru Live on site team were responsible for managing over 200 speakers each day and event managed each of the 8 themed theaters. The aim was to ensure the smooth operation of the event, guaranteeing that attendees received a seamless and informative experience.
Kru Solution:
To meet ReThink HK's requirements and deliver a successful event, Kru Live deployed a team of skilled Theatre Managers and a dedicated Speaker HQ Manager. These individuals were not only experienced in event management but also fluent in multiple languages, ensuring effective communication with a diverse audience. Prior to the event, our team engaged in comprehensive in person training to align with ReThink HK's objectives and event-specific requirements. This preparation allowed them to excel in their roles and provide a high level of service during the event.
As a sustainability focussed expo, it was imperative that our staff were aligned with the goals of the event and the business objectives. All staff were required to complete a daily emissions tracker report and 24 trees were planted as part of the Mussuquelane project in Mozambique in collaboration with our climate solutions partner, Ecologi.
