Activity Summary:
We were appointed by Imagination to select a team of bilingual, high calibre hosts with automotive experience and passion to represent JLR as part of the Innovation Lab, a centerpiece of the JLR Stand at the Auto Shows and the Formula E VR Experience in Geneva (2017 & 2018), Paris (2016) and Frankfurt (2017). The Innovation Lab showcases JLR’s extraordinary technology, innovation, intelligence and effortless through eight beautifully designed, immersive experiences, which our team of hosts encouraged visitor participation in at each show in each country. Working closely with our partners in Germany, Switzerland & France as part of our founded network The Staffing & Entertainment Collective, we secured an expert team of automotive enthusiasts in each country to work as part of the JLR team throughout each, lively auto show.
Kru Solution:
- Staff selection and briefing of bilingual team members
- Daily management of the Event Manager, Team Leader and Host schedules, staff check ins and outs
- Full daily reporting, weekly & end of campaign debrief and analysis
- Kru Live Account Team present on site in both Frankfurt and Geneva to train the team ahead of live dates and ensure smooth delivery on site and quality control
