Kru Live was appointed as Givergy's exclusive staffing partner in 2017 to provide a seamless bidding experience and onsite support for Givergy's silent auction, pledging, and fundraising technology. The primary objective was to source and staff a wide range of roles to facilitate their event program, including event managers, event support, tech managers, and riggers. The challenge was to ensure a seamless experience for Givergy's clients while creating a nationwide trained pool of staff.
To meet the client's needs, we recruited staff with meticulous attention to detail and implemented an online learning system, training days, shadow shifts, and daily management of event staff and reporting. We also organized, researched, and booked UK and international logistics to facilitate events. Our solution helped to create a nationwide trained pool of staff that met the client's needs. We played an instrumental role in helping Givergy raise more funds through our staffing support, both nationally and internationally.
