KRU Live was tasked with providing staffing support for Fortnite activations at two major events: Summer Block Party in Los Angeles and World Cup in New York City. With a total of 840 staffing days, KRU Live's teams were responsible for running activations such as ziplines, a Lazy Links mini-golf course, and a giant pirate ship, aiming to create an exceptional experience for the games' biggest fans.

To ensure the highest level of expertise and delivery, KRU Live carefully vetted and approved their Event Managers (EMs), Team Leaders (TLs), and Brand Ambassadors (BAs) through video calls and rigorous testing in their Gaming Lab. This ensured that the team members had an authentic passion for the gaming industry and were well-equipped to provide an engaging experience for the event attendees.
Results
Through KRU Live's staffing support, the Fortnite activations at Summer Block Party in LA and World Cup in NY were successfully executed, providing an immersive experience for fans.
