As one of the leading Kimchi brands, Daesang Jongga was keen to increase brand and product awareness in the west. The activation took place in multiple locations across London, as well as a Media & Press night ahead of the live dates. The scale of the event demaned multiple members of staff to manage each of the experiences within the venue - which included a place to sample food in Kimchi Alley, a space to learn more about the brand and heritage in Kimchi Lab and a chance to buy the product and get some free merch in 'The Mart'.
Kru Live provided 1 Event Manager and 9 Brand Ambassadors across the duration of the activation, totalling 21 days. The different experiences throughout the event meant that there was multiple different roles and responsibilities for each of the staff including, welcoming and engaging guests inside and outside of the venue to draw people in, food sampling where we required food hygiene certified staff at all times, stock management and point of sale.
