To launch their new iD hydrating jelly Clinique created a UK wide roadshow to raise awareness and to better help their customers understand their skin type in a personalised experience. Their customisation station popped up in shopping centres nationwide in February.
Brand ambassadors took interested participants on a journey through various customisation stations on the stand. They were educated one on one on the best range for their unique skin type and the benefits of each concentrate available to them. At the end of their journey the customer purchased the moisturiser and were given a unique cartridge concentrate complimentary!
A team of one consistent Event Manager and three local brand ambassadors per location were cast and selected to represent Clinique. Each member of staff had previous experience working with skin care and /or beauty product brands and completed in depth training prior to go live.
